YOU SHOULD CAREFULLY READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE USING THIS PRODUCT

The Weather on Earth 3D is try-before-you-buy (trial software). This means:

1. All copyrights to Weather on Earth 3D are exclusively owned by aTwiga Soft

2. All rights not expressly granted below are reserved by aTwiga Soft

3. Unregistered version Weather on Earth 3D is fully functionally without time
limitations BUT you get register reminder, NAG-screen. If you want disable this limitations you register.

4. Once registered, the purchaser is granted a license to use Weather on Earth 3D on
one computer, for any legal purpose, at a time. The registered Weather on Earth 3D
software may not be rented or leased, but may be permanently transferred, if
the person receiving it agrees to terms of this license. If the software
is an update, the transfer must include the update and all previous versions.

5. Weather on Earth 3D registration information may not be distributed outside
of the area of legal control of the person or persons who
purchased the original license.

6. The Weather on Earth 3D unregistered trial version may be freely distributed,
provided the distribution package is not modified. No person or
company may charge a fee for the distribution of Weather on Earth 3D without
written permission from the copyright holder.

7. Weather on Earth 3D IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS". NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS
EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE AUTHOR
WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR
ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.

8. You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify,
decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the
licensed program, or any subset of the licensed program, except as
provided for in this agreement. Any such unauthorised use shall
result in immediate and automatic termination of this license and
may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.

9. Installing and using Weather on Earth 3D signifies acceptance of these terms
and conditions of the license.

10. If you do not agree with the terms of this license you must remove
Weather on Earth 3D files from your storage devices and cease to use the product.

11. aTwiga products can be evaluated, free of charge, through a trial mode or separate trial version that can be downloaded directly from our web site. Use the trial before you purchase to ensure that the full product will be compatible with your computer systems and satisfy your requirements. If you do not, you accept that the product may not meet your needs and that this will not justify a refund or chargeback. If you experience an issue with our software, then please contact our customer support service for help in solving the problem.

All sales are final and refunds are provided only for accidental duplicate orders. Refunds will only be made to the credit card or PayPal account through which the original purchase was made.
